- The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence in maintaining account security.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund:

4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 42000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports popular Malaysian deposit methods including TNG eWallet and bank transfers via FPX.
Completed deposits cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details are correct before confirming any transaction.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the prescribed verification procedures. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, to ensure transaction security.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply in accordance with the terms set at the time of your registration or as updated from time to time. Any suspicious withdrawal attempts will be investigated before being processed.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 42000 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods as stated in the respective promotional terms. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the specified wagering requirements have been fully met. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Suspension, Termination & Applicable Law
42000 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any attempt to exploit the platform's systems.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the established withdrawal procedures.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, 42000 reserves the right to retain any balance associated with the violating activity.
These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 42000 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion before any legal action is taken.
